COLLEGE STATION – Texas A&M men's basketball added senior transfer Lukas Walls to the 2026-27 roster, head coach Bucky McMillan announced Tuesday.
Walls spent two years at Samford with McMillan before making the move to Radford for the 2025-26 season. He registered 11 double-digit scoring games last season, putting up a season-high 18 points in the finale against Presbyterian.
At Samford, Walls played in 33 games as a sophomore in 2024-25. He averaged 5.8 points and 3.3 rebounds as the Bulldogs went 22-11 to finish the season in the NIT. He was part of the best season in program history as a freshman, helping Samford finish the year at 29-6 and claim the SoCon regular season and tournament titles to secure their spot in the NCAA Tournament.
