PERSONAL: Born Cason Michael Sherrod on June 25, 1996 in Dallas... son of Stacie Dickson and Slade Sherrod... grandfather, Bud Sherrod, played football at the University of Tennessee, was Most Valuable Player of the 1951 Cotton Bowl Classic, is a member of the Volunteers Athletic Hall of Fame and went on to play for the New York Giants during the 1952 season... enjoys working out, golfing and giving back to the community... is 53 percent deaf in both ears... majoring in sport management and hoping to be an MLB agent.
