AT UNIVERSITY OF OKLAHOMA: Spent his freshman season with the Sooners in 2016... played 20 games at third base, including 14 starts... hit .250 (12-for-48) with five runs, one triple and six RBI... also pitched in 15 games, including 12 starts, posting a 4-6 record with a 4.96 ERA and 41 strikeouts in 65.1 innings.
AT THE WOODLANDS HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner at The Woodlands High School for Coach Ron Eastman... garnered Collegiate Baseball-Louisville Slugger High School All-America recognition as a senior in 2015... also earned All-USA Texas recognition from USA Today in 2015... three-time all-state selection... named Class 5A All-Texas Third Team as an outfielder by the Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association in 2015... won 10 games with a 1.58 ERA and 133 strikeouts in 110.2 innings as a senior... also batted .342 with seven HR and 20 RBI as a senior... helped team win 2013 Class 5A state title.
