AT GRAND ISLAND CENTRAL CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL: Played golf in the springs at Grand Island Central Catholic, qualifying for the Class C state tournament all four years... Finished 11th at the Class C state tournament as a junior... played American Legion ball for Home Federal... went 2-for-2 with one double, one home run and three RBI at the Cornhusker League All-Star Game in July 2012... also played free safety and quarterback on the GICC football team.
