2016 (FRESHMAN): Did not see action his true freshman year... played for the Texas Collegiate League’s Acadiana Cane Cutters... appeared in 51 games, batting .304 (48-for-158) with seven doubles, one HR, 26 RBI and seven steals... earned TCL Player of the Week (7/7), going 9-for-15 with five RBI, four runs and one steal in a five-game span... played in the TCL All-Star Game, going 1-for-4 with one walk and one run.
AT CONCORDIA LUTHERN HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner under Coach Rick Lynch… helped team to 5A TAPPS State Title in 2015 where he went 3-for-3 scoring two runs with one RBI in the title game… garnered TAPPS All-District 3-5A First Team honors at pitcher and outfielder as a senior... reached playoffs each of his four years including two state championship appearances... tabbed TAPPS Class 5A All-State First Team and All-District 3-5A First Team as a junior and TAPPS Class 5A All-State honorable mention and All-District 3-5A First Team as a sophomore... earned TAPPS Academic All-State as a senior... member of the National Honor Society.
PERSONAL: Trey Lawrence Jimmerson was born on October 19, 1996 in Houston, Texas to Marty and Julie Jimmerson... has one older sister Lauren... majoring in business administration… dad was a barefoot kicker for Baylor’s football team, scoring 181 points from 1981-84 on 31-of-43 field goal attempts and 88-of-91 PATs... enjoys fishing, fly fishing and ping pong.
