- Won his first conference medal at the PAC-12 Championships, placing second in the triple jump with a mark 15.66m/51-4.5

Indoor
- Competed at five meets during his debut indoor season
- Recorded his personal best long jump mark in his collegiate debut at the Arkansas Invitational with a mark of 7.19m/23-7.25
- Secured his best finish of the season at the Red Raider Open in the triple jump with a mark of 14.88m/48-10 to finish second
Outdoor
- Competed at seven meets during the outdoor season
- Won two events during the season, with one in the triple jump and one in the long jump
