Personal: Bianca Alexa Cardenas is the daughter of Victor Cardenas and Yasmin Acosta, born September 21, 2000 in Weslaco, Texas … Hometown is Elsa, Texas … Has five younger siblings, Jose, Derek, Isa, Ruben and Penelope … Chose Texas A&M because of the amazing academic opportunities and to further my track and field career … Started competing in track and field at age 13 … Majoring in Kinesiology Motor Behavior.
Tidbits: Career goal is to become a physical therapist … Chose track and field over other sports since I saw an opportunity to continue in the pole vault collegiately.
Top three things on my bucket list: Open a pole vault academy, travel to different countries, and hopefully go to the Olympics for Pole Vault.
