Outdoor - Competed in the 400m at the Baldy Castillo Invite, winning the race with a time of 45.84... Earned a third place finish in the 400m Hurdles with his time of 49.36 at the Texas Relays... At the UF Tom Jones Memorial, clocked 49.41 in the 400m hurdles to place second, and helped the 4x400m team to a sixth place finish in 3:02.37... Took part on the winning 4x400m team at the Michael Johnson Invite, clocking 3:02.23... Recorded a time of 48.99 to win the 400m Hurdles at the Alumni Muster meet... 2019: Indoor - Competed in three meets...Recorded a season best 400m time of 48.16 at the Charlie Thomas Invitational. Outdoor - Finished with NJCAA All-American honors placing third in the 400m hurdles at 51.12 and fourth as a member of the 4x400m at 3:13.80...Ran a personal best 400m hurdles time of 51.11 to win the Angelo State David Noble Relays.
