Neil Baker joined the Athletics Department in the Summer of 2022 and serves as Helpdesk Manager for the Athletics IT office. In his role, Baker oversees the staff and operations of the helpdesk, including desktop support, computer inventory, computer purchasing, ticketing system and more.
A 2022 graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in technology management and a minor in business, Baker spent a semester as a student worker in the Texas A&M Executive Support office. While there he provided IT support to on-campus departments such as the Office of the President, Office of the Provost and Office of Admissions, among others.
Baker then served as a program aide in the Athletics IT office in the Summer of 2022 before spending his first year in the department as the Aggies' helpdesk coordinator.
A native of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Baker enjoys golfing, playing guitar, skiing and watching sports in his spare time.
