Tim Michl joined the Texas A&M Athletics Department in August of 2017 and now serves as the Director of Marketing. He previously was an Assistant Director for Marketing and Marketing Assistant for the Aggies.

A native of Lexington, Kentucky, Michl graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2015 with a degree in Kinesiology. He earned a Master's of Science in sports leadership in 2017.

While pursuing his Master's, Michl served as a Graduate Assistant for UK's Athletic Marketing office. He oversaw the Junior Wildcat Kids Club and assisted in marketing and production for women's soccer, women's basketball, tennis and softball.

Michl reached the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America. He and his wife, Erica, reside in Bryan with their son, Theo.
