Fresh off clinching at least a share of the regular season Big 12 title, the No. 4 Texas A&M softball team (42-2, 13-2) will face No. 19 Missouri (34-10, 6-7) in a two-game set Saturday and Sunday at University Field on the Missouri Campus.
The Aggies and Tigers will face off at 2 p.m. on Saturday with Sunday's first pitch set for noon. One more win in the Aggies' last three regular season wins will clinch them the regular season title outright.
Texas A&M is 23-15 all-time all time against Missouri and enters the game on a four-game win streak following Wednesday's 5-3 victory over No. 6 Texas in front of a Big 12 record crowd and national television audience. In College Station last season, the Aggies defeated Missouri, 2-0, on Saturday before Sunday's game was lost to rain.
The Tigers, who are currently sixth in the conference standings, are 2-2 in their last four games after dropping a weekend series to No. 8 Baylor before sweeping North Dakota State in a doubleheader on Wednesday in Columbia.
Live audio and stats of Wednesday's game will be available, free of charge, on AggieAthletics.com. Fans attending the games will be able to listen to the broadcast by tuning into the low end of the FM dial.
