
Aggies Fall to Tulsa, 67-56, at SPI Invitational

SOUTH PADRE ISLAND, Texas -- Ben Uzoh scored 16 points and the Tulsa defense held Texas A&M without a field goal for nearly 12 minutes of the second half in a 67-56 victory Friday night at the South Padre Island Invitational.
Tulsa (4-1) led only 29-28 at the half, then opened the second half on a 25-4 run. The Aggies (4-1) didn't record a field goal in the second half until there was 8:13 remaining.
Jerome Jordan added 15 points and seven rebounds for Tulsa.
Texas A&M's Donald Sloan scored 10 points and was the only A&M player to score in double figures as the Aggies hit just 31 percent from the field.
