COLLEGE STATION, Texas – No. 20 Texas A&M heads into the homestretch of the regular season, heading to Fayetteville to play the No. 6 Arkansas Razorbacks in the Aggies' last SEC road series of 2018.
All three games will be televised on the ESPN family of networks. Friday's game will air on the SEC Network and ESPN2 will broadcast the Saturday and Sunday games. Tom Hart will handle the play-by-play with Kyle Peterson and Eduardo Perez contributing color analysis.
Every game of the series is available for viewing on SEC Network +. Michael Helman leads the Aggie offense with a .378 average, good for 43rd in the nation and he ranks 17th in the nation with 73 hits and 34th with 50 runs.
0n the mound, Mitchell Kilkenny ranks 10th in the nation with eight wins as well as 48th in ERA (2.20) and 51st in WHIP (1.00).
Nolan Hoffman continues to climb the Aggies' single-season saves chart with his 10 ranking fourth on the list. Hoffman is four saves shy of the A&M single-season record set by Jason Jester (14) in 2013.
Texas A&M is ranked in the top 25 in the nation in ERA (13th - 3.15), WHIP (18th - 1.22), walks allowed per nine innings (20th - 3.07), hits (22nd - 488), triples (22nd - 16) and pitchers K-to-BB ratio (24th - 2.67).
The Aggie offense is pouncing early in 2018, scoring first in 32 of the 48 games on the season and scoring in the first inning in 23 games. Texas A&M is outscoring opponents 55-10 in the first inning and 97-23 in the first two frames.
