Mar 30, 2024 | Men's Tennis
BATON ROUGE – The No. 10 Texas A&M men's tennis team hits the road to face the LSU Tigers Sunday, March 31, at the LSU Tennis Complex with first serve set for 1 p.m.
"LSU has always been a tough place to play," head coach Steve Denton said. "Another solid team top to bottom. This should be a very competitive match. We look at this as another opportunity to improve and get a first-hand look at the conditions and venue that we will be back here competing in a couple of weeks from now at the SEC Tournament."
The Aggies (17-5, 6-2 SEC) are coming off a victory over Vanderbilt where they dominated the Commodores 6-1 at home. The match was highlighted by No. 28 Giulio Perego/Togan Tokac clinching the doubles point in a thriller that helped A&M cruise to victory.
The Maroon & White are 24-13 in the all-time series against LSU (11-8, 1-7 SEC) with the last win coming during the 2023 league slate in Aggieland. LSU is coming off a loss to Alabama.
