BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION – The Texas A&M men's basketball team matched the school record for 100-point games in a season, registering its fifth of the year with a 118-77 victory over East Texas A&M at Reed Arena Sunday afternoon.

The Aggies (9-3) shot a season-high 64.9-percent (48-74) from the field and 50-percent (14-28) from 3-point range in the win as Rashaun Agee led four players in double figures with 21 points, adding eight rebounds. The Maroon & White matched their season-high with 32 assists, led by Pop Isaacs and Jacari Lane, who tallied six apiece.

Texas A&M dominated in the paint, outscoring the Lions (6-6) 66-24 while holding a 43-36 advantage on the boards. Mackenzie Mgbako, who rounded out the double-digit scorers with 12 points, led the way with nine rebounds.

The Aggies got things going early, using a 16-2 run to go up 20-6 with just over 13 minutes remaining in the first half. Texas A&M continued to push, knocking down four-straight 3's around the midway point in the period before a 12-2 spree saw the Aggies take their largest lead of the half, up 48-17 with 5:15 on the clock.

Texas A&M took a 56-35 lead into the break as Marcus Hill led three Aggies in double figures with 13 points, going 5-for-5 from the field. Isaacs knocked down four 3-pointers to tally 12 points and Agee added 10. As a team, Texas A&M shot 67-percent from the field in the opening period and went 7-for-12 (58%) from beyond the arc.

East Texas A&M hung around early in the second half, but the Aggies eventually got the difference back over 30 points with seven minutes left to play to put the game away.

The 118 points in the win mark the second-highest point total of the season for the Aggies and third-most in program history.
Texas A&M finished the game shooting a season best 48-of-74 (65%) from the field and registered its most efficient game from 3-point range, shooting 50-percent (14-28).
The Aggies scored 62 points in the second half, marking the fourth time this season they have tallied over 60 points in a half.
Texas A&M racked up 66 points in the paint to mark a season high down low.
The Aggies ended with 32 assists to tie a season high that was previously set in the win over Manhattan.
The Maroon & White's bench chipped in 56 points, marking the 11^th game this season that non-starters have contributed at least 25 points and the fifth time they have added 50-or-more points.
Texas A&M used the starting lineup of Marcus Hill, Jacari Lane, Rubén Dominguez, Rashaun Agee and Mackenzie Mgbako for the sixth straight game.

INDIVIDUAL NOTES
#0 Marcus Hill

Finished a perfect 5-for-5 from the field to record his third straight game in double figures with 13 points.

#2 Pop Isaacs

Scored a season-high 15 points, knocking down a near career-high five 3-pointers.
Tallied a season-best six assists.

#3 Rylan Griffen

Registered his fourth game of the season with five-plus assists, finishing with five.

#5 Jacari Lane

Has had five-or-more assists in four straight games after tallying six against the Lions, and has turned the ball over just twice in that span.

#9 Rubén Dominguez

Was 3-of-4 from 3-point range, marking the sixth time this season he has shot over 50-percent from beyond the arc.

#12 Rashaun Agee

Matched his season high in scoring with 21 points on 9-of-10 shooting from the field.
For the second time this season and 11^th time in his career, Agee scored more than 20 points in a game.

#21 Mackenzie Mgbako

Added 12 points to register his fifth game in double figures in seven appearances this season.
