No. 15 Aggies Host Top 25 Showdown Against No. 24 Florida

BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION – The No. 15 Texas A&M men's tennis team hosts a top 25 showdown against No. 24 Florida with a 1 p.m. first serve on Saturday at the Mitchell Tennis Center.
The Aggies (9-5, 3-1 SEC) are coming off dominating singles showcase against the Auburn Tigers at home on Thursday when they rallied from dropping the doubles point with five singles victories to prevail 5-2. Saturday's match will be the first top 25 showdown for the Aggies since conference play started.
Sophomore Tiago Pires is leading the squad in singles. He is currently on a six-match winning streak and is undefeated in conference play. Junior Togan Tokac has been a force for the Aggies, logging a 6-3 record this season. Senior Alan Magadan has yet to drop a match this season and secured the Maroon & White's first point against Auburn.
The Gators (8-6) are currently 3-2 in SEC play and are coming off consecutive losses to Texas and Oklahoma. The two teams met in conference play last season in Florida's territory, with the Gators pulling off a 4-0 victory.
