- Logged his best finish of the season when he finished second in the 5,000 at the Charlie Thomas Invitational with a personal best time of 14:36.42

SOPHOMORE YEAR (2023/24)

Cross Country
- Competed in five meets during his first cross country season
- Recorded his best finish of the season at the John McKenzie Invitational, placing third in 15:02.0 around the 3.11m course
Outdoor
- Competed in three meets during the outdoor season
- Recorded two second-place finishes in the 5,000m at the 44 Farms Team Invitational and Alumni muster
- Ran a personal-best time in the 5,000m at the 44 Farms Team Invitational, crossing the line in 14:44.34
