2020-21: Cross Country - Competed in one meet, placed 50th in the Arturo Barrios Invitational 8k with a time of 26:03.0.

High School: Lettered two years in cross country and track & field...As a senior he helped his team finish runner-up at the 2019 UIL 6A State Cross Country Championships, was also a member of the team that won the UIL 6A - District 15 cross country title and UIL Region II cross country title...He placed 10th with a time of 15:58.78 at the district championships and 33rd at the regionals...Qualified for the UIL State Cross Country Championships finishing the 5k course at 15:48.77 in 66th place...Was a member of the 2018 UIL 6A State Cross Country Championship team and UIL Region II Cross Country team...Placed fifth in the 1,500m and sixth in the 3,200m at the 2019 district meet helping his team claim the District 15 track & field title...Personal bests: 800m - 1:59; 1,600m - 4:22; 3,200m - 9:33; 5K (XC) - 15:48.

Personal: Son of Matthew and Cecelia Amundson...Has two sisters, Emily and Julia...In high school he a member of the Skills USA Audio Video Productions...Plans to major in business.
