High School: 2019 graduate of St. Mary’s High School in Natchitoches, Louisiana … Coached by her father … Competed in javelin and discus, producing best marks of 125-9 (javelin) and 111-2 (discus) … State qualifier in discus four consecutive years, placing fourth in 2019, second in 2017, third in 2016 and sixth in 2015 … State qualifier in javelin three consecutive years, placing fourth in 2019, second in 2016 and 2017 … Also competed in basketball … Member of FBLA, SGA and a varsity cheerleader … Honor graduate, member of National Honor Society, Girl’s State Delegate and BETA.
Personal: Sarah Kaitlin Aldredge, daughter of Corwyn and Missy Aldredge, was born April 20, 2000, in Shreveport, Louisiana … Hometown is Natchitoches, Louisiana … Has two older siblings, Justin and Ashley … Grandfather, Corwyn Aldredge, Sr., played professional football with the Cleveland Browns after playing at Northwestern State University … Father placed football and threw the javelin at Mississippi State and played professional football with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers … Brother played football and sister competed in track and field (javelin) at Northwestern State … Chose Texas A&M since the school has the best track and field program along with the best coaches in the country … Started competing in track and field at age 10 … Community service projects include March for Life, LEO Organization, Fellowship of Christian Athletes … Also served as Natchitoches Christmas Belle for the city … Majoring in Ag Leadership.
