Outdoor - Competed at the Baldy Castillo Invite, clocking a 10.81 (w/1.4) personal best in the 100m, 21.56 (w/0.8) in the 200m, and taking part on the 4x400m team that finished fifth (3:11.39)... 2020: Indoor - Opened his season at the Texas A&M Reveille Invitational, placed seventh in the 200m (22.66) and eighth as a member of the 4x400m (3:19.28)...Ran the 60m (7.30) and 200m (22.84) at the Ted Nelson Invitational...Clocked a season best 60m time at 7.25 at the Charlie Thomas Invitational...Ran a season best 200m time of 22.25 at the Texas A&M Invitational. Personal: Patrick Von’Erick Johnson II is the son of Patrick and Cheryl Johnson, born May 7, 2001 in DeSoto, Texas … Has an older sibling, Amberly … Cousins Jorvorskie Lane (’08) and Erik McCoy (’18) attended Texas A&M and were members of the Aggie football team … Lane played in the NFL with Tampa Bay and McCoy played in the NFL with New Orleans … Chose Texas A&M since it has always been a dream school of his and has family members who have done well here, as well as the great alumni network … Started competing in track and field at age 7 … Community service projects include volunteering at the North Texas food bank and being a student speaker for the 2019 DeSoto Male Leadership symposium … Majoring in Sports Management.
