2021-22: Cross Country - Started her 2021-22 season competing in the Texas A&M Invitational 5k, placed 37th (19:32.5)...Ran at the 6k Arturo Barrios Invitational finishing with a time of 23:23.1. Indoor - Competed in one meet finishing ninth in the 3000m (11:06.62) at the Ted Nelson Invitational. Outdoor - Ran the 3000m steeplechase at two meets, clocked 11:54.49 at the Texas A&M vs. Texas Dual meet and 12:04.35 at the 44 Farms Team Invitational.

2020-21: Cross Country - Did not compete. Indoor - Ran the 3000m (10:57.67) at the Charliet Thomas Invitational. Outdoor - Did not compete.

2019-20: Did not compete.

2018-19: Cross Country - Made her collegiate debut at the Bear Twilight 4k finishing the course at 15:12.6...Placed sixth at the Ken Garland Invitational, 3.1 miles, with a time of 18:50.8...Completed the Chile Pepper 5k course at 18:43.0...Finished 36th at the Conference USA championships with a time of 18:37.3...Finished her cross country season placing 89th at the NCAA South Central regional completing the 6k course at a time of 23:04.0. Indoor - Competed in four meets...Clocked a season best 3000m time of 10:40.83 at the Texas Tech Classic...Placed eighth in the 1600m at the J.D. Martin Invitational with a time of 5:34.97...Competed at the Conference USA indoor championships, ran the 3000m at 10:55.06 and 5000m at 18:43.75. Outdoor - Did not compete.

High School: Competed at Kingfisher and Oklahoma Epic Charter School...Was a three-time Oklahoma All-State Cross Country member and was the National Christian and Homeschool Cross Country Champion in 2017...Finished as an Oklahoma cross country top-10 regional finisher in 2014, '15 and '16, as well as a state qualifier in those three seasons...She helped her team towards a runner-up finish at the regionals three times and a team best fourth place finish in 2016...On the track she was a member of the National Christian and Homeschool 4x800m championship team in 2017 and was the 3200m runner-up...Personal bests: 1600m - 5:22, 3200m - 11:21, 3k (xc) - 10:41, 5k (xc) - 18:37, 6k (xc) - 23:04

Personal: Daughter of Sandy and Bobby Shelton...Mother, Sandy, played point guard at West Texas A&M and Father attended Texas A&M, class of '91...In high school she was an active member of FFA, Oklahoma High School Rodeo Association, Little Britches Rodeo Association and National Honors Society...In her free time she likes to Rodeo and does volunteer work with multiple organizations including Daily Bread Food Kitchen, Kids Korral, The Tobey Keith Foundation, Advance Counseling and Edmond Junior Rodeo Association...Plans to major in Kinesiology Motor Behavior.
