- Doctorate of Education from The University of Southern Mississippi, 2020.
Athletic/Professional Background: Played softball at Northeast Texas and previously worked at The University of Southern Mississippi 2018-2022 as an athletic academic advisor. I have worked with Football, Baseball, Women’s Basketball, Softball, Men’s Golf and Women’s Tennis. I also have worked as an adjunct Instructor at The University of Southern Mississippi in Higher Education.
Best Part of my Job: Not just seeing student-athletes succeed academically, but facilitating a change of their entire mentality on the attainment of knowledge that results in them becoming lifelong learners.

Family/Interests: Parents Larry Bitterly and Joyce Friend. Brother and Sister in Law- Jacob and Dlisa. Two nieces Sophia and Eloise and I have one son, Jaxon.
