2010 FALL RESULTS: Listed No. 71 in the fall preseason singles rankings...Went 6-3 in singles and 5-2 in doubles...Invited to play in the prestigious Riviera/ITA Women's All-American Championships...Defeated 36th-ranked Lutfiana Budiharto of Wichita State the opening match of the qualifying round but fell in the round of 32...Also competed in the doubles main draw with Nazari Urbina at the All-Americans and opened with an 8-6 victory over No. 8 Hilary Bartlett and Taylor Marable of Princeton before falling to 16th-ranked Anna Bartenstein and Bianca Eichkorn of Miami in the round of 16...At the ITA Texas Regional, won three straight singles matches to advance to the quarterfinals...Went 3-0 in doubles at the season-ending Kitty Harrison Invitational, including another victory over eighth-ranked Bartlett and Marable with Urbina, as will as wins with Stephanie Davidson and Christi Liles.
2009-10 (JUNIOR): Listed 13th in the final ITA Texas Region singles rankings and No. 108 in the final ITA national rankings after having been ranked a season-high No. 101 in the nation on April 27...Captured her third straight Big 12 singles title...Was the Big 12 No. 3 singles co-champion having gone 9-1 and tying Krista Damico of Texas for most wins at the No. 3 line...Frank defeated 56th-ranked Damico, 7-6 (2), 6-1, during the regular season...Was second on the team for most singles victories...Went 23-6 overall, including 20-3 in dual matches...Was 15-1 at the No. 3 line, including 4-2 against ranked opponents with her highest ranked win coming against then 56th-ranked Damico on April 20...Had a career-best 15-match winning streak, which began Jan. 31 against Megan Fudge of Illinois and ended April 14 against No. 106 Csilla Borsanyi of Baylor...Named the Big 12 Player of the Week on March 24...Went 25-12 in doubles, including 15-9 in dual matches, all at the No. 2 line...Was 12-6 with partner Stephanie Davidson in dual matches...Teamed with Christi Liles to defeat 43rd-ranked Anna Maskaljun and Alisa Razina of UNLV on Feb. 21...FALL: Went 3-3 in singles and 10-3 in doubles during the fall...Competed in the prestigious Riviera/ITA All-American Championships...Teamed with Elzé Potgieter in the doubles competition and won three matches in the pre-qualifying bracket to advance to the qualifying draw, where the tandem won its round-of-32 match before falling to 14th-ranked Josipa Bek and Ina Hadziselimovic of Clemson in the round of 16...Also competed in singles at the All-Americans, but fell to Claire Bartlett of Florida, 7-5, 1-6, 6-3, in the first round of the pre-qualifying bracket...Reached the round of 16 in singles at both the ITA Texas Regional and the HEB Baylor Invitational...In doubles, paired with Lauren Santacroce at the ITA Texas Regional and came within one win of advancing to the ITA National Indoor Championships...Won their first four matches at the regional to advanced to the finals, where they fell to SMU's Pavi Francis and Marta Lesniak, 8-4...Reached the semifinals at the HEB Baylor Invitational with Stephanie Davidson before being eliminated by teammates and eventual tournament champions Sheri Olivier and Nazari Urbina at the season-ending event.
2008-09 (SOPHOMORE): Was an All-Big 12 selection in singles and was the Big 12 No. 2 singles champion after going 10-1 in league matches...Also earned Big 12 Player of the Week honors...Was ranked a career-high No. 98 in the ITA national singles rankings on March 3 and finished the year ranked No. 119...Ended the season on a four-match winning streak to finish the year with a team-leading 23-11 singles record, including 17-7 in dual matches all at the No. 2 line...Played the No. 1 line for the first time in A&M's NCAA first round match and was leading SMU's 59th-ranked Marta Lesniak, 4-6, 6-1, 3-1, when play was stopped...Went 1-6 against ranked opponents in the spring...Highest ranked win was a straight-set victory against No. 86 Alex Haney of Auburn, who finished the year ranked No. 30...Longest winning streak was eight from March 7 to April 5...Went 22-11 overall in doubles and led the team in wins with a 15-8 record in dual matches, all at No. 2...Was 8-5 with Stephanie Davidson, 6-3 with Christi Liles and 1-0 with Lauren Santacroce in dual matches...Was involved in two of A&M's three ranked doubles wins during the dual season, teaming with Davidson to knock off No. 53 Alison Ramos and Maria Sanchez of USC during the ITA Kick-off Weekend and pairing with Santacroce to defeat No. 71 Natalia Bubien and Pavi Francis of SMU in the NCAA first round...FALL: During the 2008 fall season, was listed No. 116 in the ITA national singles rankings and went 6-4...Reached the Flight I semifinals at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center Women's College Invitational and advanced to the round of 16 at the ITA Southwest Regional, where she fell in three sets to 45th-ranked Vanja Corovic of Texas...Posted a 7-3 record in doubles, including a 5-2 mark with Davidson...The pair advanced to the finals in the Doubles I Flight at the USTA/Billie Jean King National Tennis Center Women's Tennis College Invitational and reached the round of 16 at the ITA Southwest Regional...Was the recipient of the 2009 P.D. Gandy Award given annually to the player with the most singles and doubles victories combined.
2008 (FRESHMAN): The TennisRecruiting.net five-star recruit enrolled at A&M in January and made an immediate impact...Shattered the school season record with a .875 winning percentage in doubles and ranked fourth in school records with a .826 singles winning percentage...Was a conference champion in both singles and doubles, earning the Big 12 No. 5 singles title and the Big 12 No. 3 doubles title along with freshman partner Stephanie Davidson...Went 5-1 at the No. 4 singles line and 14-3 at the No. 5 line for a combined 19-4 singles record, which included a 10-1 mark in Big 12 matches only...Went 21-3 in doubles, all with Davidson at the No. 3 line, including a perfect 11-0 in Big 12 matches...Ended the season by winning 13 of her final 14 singles matches, including victories against 81st-ranked Jana Bielikova of Baylor on April 2 and No. 114 Kali Krisik of Notre Dame on March 22...Posted a team season-best nine-match singles winning streak from March 15 to April 13 and also recorded the team's longest winning streak in doubles as she and Davidson won 12 straight at the No. 3 spot from March 28 to May 9...Was the only A&M player to garner Big 12 Player of the Week honors, having received the accolade on April 7 after going a combined 6-0 in singles and doubles during an A&M three-match road swing...Earned both of A&M's points at No. 4 Baylor and also was clutch at Colorado, clinching the doubles point and the match-winning point in singles in the Aggies' crucial 4-3 victory against the Buffaloes...Was ranked No. 25 in singles and No. 13 in doubles in the final ITA Southwest Regional rankings.
PREVIOUS ATHLETIC EXPERIENCE: Played in all the U.S. national junior tournaments, as well as several international competitions...Was the doubles champion with partner Lindsay Dvorak and a singles finalist at the 2004 G14 USTA National Open Championships in Macon, Ga....Also was a finalist in G18s singles at the 2006 USTA National Open and the 2007 ATP Gator Bowl Championships...Competed in the 2007 ITF Eddie Herr Junior Tennis Championships...Was ranked No. 1 in Florida and as high as No. 9 in the nation in Girls 14s...Reached a top 20 national ranking in 16s and 18s and also was in the top five in Florida in 18s.
