The Aggies had their first ranked test of the season Wednesday, using a Khaalia Hillsman layup with 34.7 remaining to send the game into overtime, and eventually beat No. 14 Duke 72-66 at Cameron Indoor Stadium. A&M's trio of All-SEC senior guards have led A&M in scoring this season, with Courtney Walker (16.3), Courtney Williams (13.3) and Jordan Jones (10.3) all averaging over 10 points per game.
The Horned Frogs have started 3-0 for the first time since 2010-11, and are coming off a 10-point win against rival SMU on Wednesday. Prior to the season, ESPN's Charlie Crème predicted TCU as an 11-seed in the NCAA Tournament in his Bracketology predictions.
Family Pack Tickets are available for this game, as they are for every Texas A&M women's basketball home game. Tickets are $8 per person for general admission seats and $12 per person for Baseline Mezzanine seats and include a drink, a hot dog, a giveaway item and of course admission to the game. This is the front end of a double-header with the Texas A&M men's basketball team, who faces UNC-Asheville at 3 p.m. Parking at Reed Arena costs $5 for these events, although fans with a valid TAMU permit can park at the Blue Bell Park lot free of charge. Fans are encouraged to stay for the men's game with their women's ticket, which serves as a general admission ticket to the second game.
After this game, the Aggies head to the South Point Thanksgiving Shootout in Las Vegas, Nev. to face No. 21 Cal and No. 7 Ohio State. A&M returns home on Dec. 7 to host SMU in the Aggies' annual Elementary School Day.
