LAS VEGAS, Nev.- Texas A&M women's basketball head coach Gary Blair won his 700th career game as No. 10 Texas A&M defeated No. 16 Cal 75-58 at South Point Arena in the South Point Thanksgiving Shootout.

Blair is the 16^th Division I coach to reach the milestone, accomplishing the feat in his 31^st year of coaching. Only six coaches have accomplished the feat in fewer seasons.

Blair, who is ninth among active coaches in career wins, is 700-282 in his career and 292-119 at Texas A&M.

The Aggies (5-0) led by just a point after the first quarter, but a 20-7 edge in the second quarter gave the Aggies a 38-24 lead going into the break. Texas A&M would lead Cal (4-1) by as many as 29 points in the second half as to cruise to victory.

Courtney Williams led the Aggies with 32 points, a career-high and the most for a Texas A&M since Kelsey Bone scored 33 on Dec. 20, 2012, which also happened in Las Vegas, Nev.

Courtney Walker had 18 points, moving into 7^th on Texas A&M's career scoring list, passing Tyra White.

The Aggies return to action on Saturday, November 28 at 2 p.m. CT/12 p.m. PT to take on No. 11 Ohio State in the final game of the South Point Shootout.

This is career win #700 for Texas A&M head coach Gary Blair. He is the 16^th Division I coach to reach that milestone and is ninth among active coaches.
