BYU Downs No. 12 Women 74-62 In Hawaii

LAIE, Hawai'i – No. 12 Texas A&M fell 70-62 to BYU in a women's basketball game at the George Q. Cannon Activities Center on the BYU-Hawaii campus.
The Aggies (6-2) were within a point with 3:51 left to play, but BYU (6-3) was able to hold onto the lead after both Jordan Jones and Courtney Williams fouled out.
Lexi Rydalch led the Cougars with 28 points.
The Aggies were led by Chelsea Jennings, who scored a career-high 15 points. She was named to the All-Tournament team after averaging 10.5 points for the tournament. She was joined in double figures by Courtney Walker, who scored 11 points.
The Aggies return home on Monday, December 7 at 11 a.m. to host SMU in Elementary School Day at in Reed Arena. The game is broadcast on SEC Network.
