No. 12 Texas A&M looks for its third straight win, as it hosts LSU in the annual BTHO Breast Cancer game, presented by The Med and KAGS. The Aggies are tied for second place in the SEC women's basketball standings with four games remaining.
The game is broadcast on SEC Network, with Cara Capuano and Women's Basketball Hall of Fame coach Gail Goestenkors on the call, and Tyler Denning on the sidelines. The game is also streaming live on SEC Network +, available through WatchESPN and the ESPN app.

This game is the annual BTHO Breast Cancer game, presented by The Med and KAGS, with all the proceeds benefiting the Kay Yow Foundation and the local Pink Alliance, with many pink-related activities.
The Aggies won the first matchup between the two squads this season, rallying back from a 10-point deficit to beat LSU 53-35 in Baton Rouge, holding the Lady Tigers to their lowest point total ever in the Maravich Assembly Center.
A&M is coming off of a 62-48 win at Ole Miss, marking the Aggies' third straight win. Courtney Williams, who is averaging 12.3 points and 7.3 rebounds in the win streak, picked up her first double double of the season in the game.
LSU, who has made 16 NCAA Tournament appearances since 1999, is led by Austin native Alexis Hyder, who is averaging 11.2 points and 8.1 rebounds per game and ranks in the top 10 in both categories for league play.
After this game, the Aggies head to Vanderbilt on Feb. 21 at 4 p.m. on SEC Network. The Aggies' lone remaining regular season home game is on Feb. 28, when A&M hosts No. 16 Kentucky at 3 p.m. on ESPN.
