COLLEGE STATION, Texas – The 14-ranked Texas A&M women's tennis team continues its Southeastern Conference road swing Saturday as the Aggies take on No. 26 Kentucky in Lexington. First serve is at 11 a.m. at the Boone Tennis Center.
Both teams will be looking to get back into the win column, with Kentucky still in search of its first conference victory after facing the top four teams in the league. The Aggies are 11-5 overall and fell to 3-2 in conference play after suffering a 6-1 loss at No. 7 Vanderbilt on Thursday. The Wildcats dropped to 11-5 overall and 0-4 in the SEC following a 4-3 home loss to No. 18 LSU.
Kentucky leads the all-time series, 10-4, since the teams first met in 1986, and is 4-1 in matches played in Lexington. The Aggies, however, are 3-0 against the Wildcats since joining the SEC. Last year A&M defeated Kentucky, 4-0, in College Station.
