Aggies Fall On Day Two of NCAA Singles and Doubles Championship

ORLANDO – Texas A&M women's tennis team fell in singles and doubles on day two of NCAA Singles and Doubles Championship, Tuesday at USTA National Campus.
In singles, No. 22 Mia Kupres fell short to No. 113 Berta Passola Folch of California, 6-3, 6-2.
No. 38 Kupres/Daria Smetannikov lost to Gabriella Broadfoot/Victoria Osuigwe of NC State, 6-2, 6-2, to end their run in the championship.
Up next, the Maroon & White battle in a doubleheader against Tulane and Lubbock Christian on Jan. 16 to begin their spring non-conference schedule.
