2015 - FRESHMAN:
Played in 11 matches this season with 11 starts... 35 total saves with only 11 goals scored against her...Recorded two shutouts, one against Florida Atlantic (Aug. 30) and against Vanderbilt (Sep. 18)...Had a season-high seven saves twice, at Florida State (Sep.. 4) and at South Carolina (Sep. 24).
REDSHIRT FRESHMAN:
Appeared in one match in 2014, playing the final 14:22 of a 5-0 shutout against Houston Baptist in the NCAA Championship first round (Nov. 14).
HIGH SCHOOL:
Posted 18 shutouts and only allowed three goals for Marian High School in their 2012 Nebraska Class A State Title run (20-1), which put Marian at number 20 in the final NSCAA National Poll. She concluded 2012 as All-Nebraska Super-State and as All-Nebraska Class A. Taylor led her former club team, Toro Bravo, to a 2012 USYS National League Red Division U-18 title. She registered a career record of 27-1 at USYS Nebraska State Championships, allowing just two goals over her five seasons in which she appeared as a Four-time Region II ODP Team Member (2007-11) and five-time Nebraska ODP Team Member (2006-11).
PERSONAL: Taylor Nicole Saucier was born Nov. 8, 1994, to parents Lon and Stacie Saucier... has one sister, Morgan... majoring in biomedical sciences... aspires to be an orthopedic surgeon, specializing in sports medicine... in her leisure time enjoys football, baseball, basketball, hiking, spending time with family and friends, cooking, watching horror movies, and DIY projects.
