Six Aggies Set to Take on ITA Pre-Qualifying Draw

TULSA, Okla. – The Texas A&M men's tennis team opens pre-qualifying action at the 2016 Saint Francis Health System ITA Men's All-American Championships Saturday at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Pre-qualifying matches are slated to begin Saturday at the University of Tulsa, with qualifying matches starting Oct. 3 and main draw contests getting underway Oct. 6 at the Case Tennis Center. The singles and doubles finals are scheduled for Oct. 10.
The Maroon & White will be represented by six players in the pre-qualifying draw this weekend in Tulsa. The A&M contingent in pre-qualifying will consist of seniors James Martell and Frankie Colunga, junior AJ Catanzariti, sophomores Aleksandre Bakshi and Kevin Lam and freshman Hady Habib.
Pre-qualifying competition will continue through Sunday as winners will advance to the Qualifying Draw beginning on Monday. Junior Jordi Arconada and senior Max Lunkin will begin participation in Tulsa on Monday, along with the doubles teams of Arconada/Catanzariti and Habib/Bakshi.
