OXFORD – The Texas A&M soccer team wraps up the first half of the SEC slate with a trip to play the Ole Miss Rebels Friday. Match time at Ole Miss Soccer Stadium is 7 p.m.
Looking to get back above the .500 mark in league action, the Aggies are 5-1-1 in the last seven meetings with the Rebels.
Texas A&M boasts a 9-3-2 edge in the all-time series against Ole Miss with all 14 matches coming since the Aggies joined the SEC for the 2012 campaign. The Maroon &. White own a 4-1-1 record in matches played in Oxford.
Last year, Texas A&M won 4-0 at Ellis Field with Sydney Becerra and Andersen Williams scoring late in the first half. Macy Matula and MaKhiya McDonald added insurance goals in the second stanza.
