COACH'S QUOTES
Head coach Mark Weaver
On the team's performance…
"I'm very pleased with how we performed today. We haven't played outdoors in nearly two weeks, so I'm very pleased with how we played today. Pepperdine definitely has the talent of a top 10 program. They've had a rough start, but they gave us a great match today."
On playing the big points…
"We came away with the big points out there. There was a lot of big points throughout the doubles and singles, regardless of the 6-1 final score. Most of those matches came down to just a few points her and a few points there, so I'm really pleased with how we played those big points."
