Women’s Basketball Set to Face off Against No. 6 LSU Thursday Night

BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION – The Texas A&M women's basketball team is set to face off against the No. 6 ranked LSU Tigers Thursday night inside Reed Arena at 8 p.m.
The Aggies (8-6, 1-4 SEC) are led by Janae Kent who is coming off a 16-point outing at Texas and Ny'Ceara Pryor who is the lone player in the top 10 nationally in assists (7.1) and steals (3.9) per game. Pryor just surpassed the 2,000-point mark for her career that made her the sixth player in NCAA history to record 2,000 points, 500 assists and 400 steals.
Thursday's matchup versus the Tigers (17-2, 3-2 SEC) marks the first time the Aggies have faced three straight top 10 opponents since the 2012-13 season.
